SDDA Darcy Kofol
Darcy Kofol is currently a Senior Deputy District Attorney, specializing in dismantling and prosecuting large scale drug trafficking organizations, at the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office of Colorado. Darcy works closely with the DEA and several state and local task forces resulting in indictments in a multitude of large illegal marijuana trafficking organizations over the past few years. She has tried one of the biggest white collar/black market marijuana trials in the history of Colorado. Darcy is well versed in marijuana law and licensing as well as the black market marijuana trade. Prior, Darcy was an Assistant District Attorney in Boston, Massachusetts, assigned to the Superior Court Narcotics Unit. Darcy graduated from Princeton University, where she received a degree from the Woodrow Wilson School for International Affairs and Public Policy, and Northeastern University School of Law. Darcy lives in Denver with her husband, daughters, and rottweiler puppy.
