Participant may receive a full refund or credit of tuition paid for cancellations received in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the first event date. No refunds will be made after this date. Participant substitutions may be made up to five (5) days prior to the first event date. If a registered participant does not cancel and fails to attend the training session, this will be treated as a cancellation and no refund or credit will be issued. Should BLUE VUDU postpone an event, the Participant’s registration will automatically roll over to the new date. If an event is canceled, a credit will be immediately issued for up to 12 months after the notification of event cancellation, to attend another BLUE VUDU program of the registrant’s choice
